Q. Do you carry Public Liability Insurance?
A. Yes. 1st 4 Parties carries £1 million pounds in full Public Liability Insurance. All current safety and insurance documents are avaiable to see upon request.
Q. How safe are the Bouncy Castles you supply?
A. Very Safe. All our Bouncy Castles have been bought in the last 2 years and each come with their own individual Safety Certificate. Each Bouncy Castle is delivered with a padded safety mat and an extension cable with an RCA Adaptor.
Q. Are there any bookings fees or cancellation charges?
A. No. There are no booking deposits required. Cancellations or re-scheduled bookings are allowed right up to the start of the event with No Charge.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. No, a deposit is not required for a normal days hire. A £100 deposit is required for over-night hires. Along with this for insurance purposes we are required to see 2 utility bills.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. At the moment 1st 4 Parties is only accepting cash payments.
Q. When do you require payment?
A. We require payment at the start of the event, you are also required for insurance purposes to sign a Hire Agreement.
Q. What time do you deliver the Bouncy Castle?
A. Deliveries and collections of the Bouncy Castles are flexible although a typical delivery is made between 9am and 10am and collection is around 6pm. Please contact us with your requirements because we'll always try to accomodate.
